Let us help you succeed. Position Description: The Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and will be managing the Implementation team in all its aspects. This includes responsibility for building and developing the Implementation team, including personnel planning, recruitment, coaching, training, holiday/sickness administration & guidance, education and managing team performance (including yearly appraisals). Maintain and improve the quality of work within the Implementation department by monitoring and enforcing internal procedures and processes within the team. The Manager is responsible for maintaining and producing weekly and monthly MI analysis for Implementations. The Manager is to act as part of the team to deliver activities which support operational objectives. Deliverables/Tasks: Responsible for day-to-day activities of Implementation team. First point of contact for team members and other departments; coordinating with and escalating to other departments Providing tactical and strategic support to the team Responsible for developing and defining procedures & processes. Efficiently allocate incoming implementation requests to the team, prioritizing actions and monitoring team resource. Conducting performance appraisals for the team, identifying weaknesses and offering coaching and mentoring in areas that are needed. Producing weekly and monthly MI analysis for senior management. Keeping all project information up to date and accessible; provide feedback on testing progress and results to appropriate people; Assisting in periodic review sessions with other resources / teams during the execution of the project; Providing regular project updates covering accomplishments past period, goals coming period, issues, key learning’s, team dynamics and additional comments; Present the product capabilities of Elavon to prospective and existing customers, as presentations and in written format Project management of the end to end process for delivery to new or existing large customers Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Eight to ten years of operations experience in the financial services industry Four or more years of supervisory/management experience Preferred Skills and Experience: Advanced knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills Well-developed customer relations skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Excellent presentation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously Thorough knowledge of payment operations and human resources
