Today, we are proud to be one of Tennessee’s largest water and wastewater utility districts, serving over 90,000 people in our district. Last year, we provided over 4 BILLION gallons of water to area residents and businesses, at one of the lowest rates in Tennessee.
First Utility District is a state-chartered entity functioning in Knox County and is run by three appointed commissioners that make up the Board.
